Therapy
Yes. What you share is treated as private, within the limits required by professional ethics and the law. We explain these limits clearly at the start.
The first appointment is a conversation, not a test. We get to know what brings you here and agree how to work together. You are welcome to ask questions.
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes; family sessions are 60 minutes.
Session frequency is agreed together and may change as your needs change. Weekly or fortnightly is common.
Please contact us for current fees. We will always be transparent about costs before you book.
No referral is required. You can request an appointment directly.
Yes. Therapy is voluntary and you remain in control. We can also plan a thoughtful ending together when you are ready.
Online sessions
Yes. We offer secure online sessions for clients in Kenya and internationally.
Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Video or telephone — whichever suits you best.
Find a private, comfortable space with a reliable connection, and headphones where possible.
We agree a backup in advance, such as continuing by phone, and reschedule if needed.
Appointments
Use the Book an Appointment form to send a request. We will confirm your appointment before it is finalised.
Yes, according to our cancellation policy. Please let us know as early as you can.
A request is pending until the practice confirms it. We aim to respond promptly during working hours.
Retreats
No. A retreat is a restorative wellbeing experience. Therapy is a separate, licensed service that can optionally be included with its own consent process.
No. Therapy is optional and clearly identified where offered. It always has its own consent and intake process.
Yes. We offer individual and small-group formats.
Personal reset, grief and renewal, women’s wellness and custom private retreats.
The hotel and the therapy practice keep separate records. Hotel staff never receive therapy notes, and nothing is shared without your informed consent.
A retreat is not an emergency or inpatient service. We will direct anyone needing urgent care to appropriate services.
